A Quality Home Inspection and Comprehensive Final Report
A thorough home inspection can take from two to four hours, possibly even longer for homes that are very large or extremely complex. We encourage our customers to be present at the inspection, and to ask any questions that may occur to them. If this is not possible for any reason, the report and any relevant photos can be sent by email to the customer. We welcome questions and feedback at any point in the process even if questions arise after we have left the site.
Our customers will receive a final inspection report, on site if possible as soon as the home inspection has been completed. This report is very easy to read and includes all of the relevant details about the home. You will find that photographs on the report help clients understand the home better.
